The state of the ecosystems and the Red Book biota of the Russian part of the Yellow Sea and the Japan Sea watershed (East-Manchurian mountains with their unique flora and fauna and problems of the populations urvival) is considered in the article. It is suggested to return to the program of reforestation activities, mainly repeating the best achievements of Russia and the Asia-Pacific region countries.
