Economic security in the system of national security of Russia

The article examines the place, the role and the legal framework of the economic security. Defining it as a key component of the national security system of Russia, the authors discuss a relevant list of parameters that meet the modern requirements of the economic security. Considering the most popular approaches of Russian researchers to this economic category, a number of important aspects of its definition are described. Special attention is paid to increasing external and internal threats to Russia's economic security, therefore the paper designates an important scientific task of assessing the risk and ensuring the economic security of the country.
