Economic dynamics and social development of Russian regions

The article examines the issue of economic dynamics and social development of Russian regions, taking into account historically established heterogeneity, natural and climatic differences, and economic dynamics. The solution to this issue remains a complex task and is slowed down by external factors - crises, pandemics, sanctions, etc. While maintaining traditional problems and creating new challenges, regions stimulate the development of potential and modern concepts of strategic planning and management aimed at overcoming negative trends and adapting to the current difficult situation.
