Economic efficiency of information and consulting support measures to increase labor productivity in the agro-industrial complex

The paper examines the issues of economic efficiency of measures of information and consulting support for subjects of the agro-industrial complex in the field of increasing labor productivity. Scientific work was carried out to study the measures of consulting support within the framework of the national project Labor Productivity provided by the Federal Competence Center to agricultural and processing enterprises and to determine reserves for improving economic indicators as a result of receiving this support. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted consisting of four main blocks. They include the direct collection of materials posted on the official website of the Federal Competence Center; determination of the rating of federal districts and subjects of the Federation according to the criterion “number of involved enterprises”; conducting a comparative analysis of the dynamics of 2021-2022 in the context of spheres of the agrondustrial complex of the Omsk Region; processing research data and drawing conclusions. The analysis showed that the Volga Federal District is in the lead in the ranking, where information and consulting support to reduce labor intensity was provided to 1,346 enterprises. In the Siberian Federal District, this form of consulting support covers 511 enterprises, where the Novosibirsk Region takes first place in the ranking. Particular attention in the paper is paid to the effectiveness of consulting support in the field of labor productivity in the Omsk Region, since about 40 % of the enterprises that receive support are subjects of the region’s agro-industrial complex. A comparison was made of the main economic indicators for 2021-2022 since the implementation of the project in the Omsk Region. A certain imbalance in the dynamics of profitability of the agro-industrial com- plex of the Omsk Region has been identified, and measures have been proposed to increase the efficiency of the information and consulting support provided in the field of labor productivity.
