Economic efficiency of monitoring the patients after radio-frequency thermoablation of colorectal metastasises in liver with oncomarkers application

In article the optimized monitoring of patients with colorectal cancer metastasises in liver who received the combined treatment after radical removal of primary tumor is described. Besides a standard method of inspection when monitoring patients after radio-frequency thermoablation of metastasises of colorectal cancer in liver the oncomarkers CA 242, CEA and CA 19-9 were used. The economic justification of application the new schemes of monitoring the patients with metastasises in liver after a radio-frequency thermoablation is reflected.
