Economic efficiency of procurement using a single trade aggregator

The article discusses the features of various procedures for selecting a supplier for state and municipal procurement in the Russian Federation. Attention is focused on the lack of distinctive features of competitive procedures - auction, request for quotations and competition, and the advantages and disadvantages of each are emphasized. The indicators of public procurement in various ways, as well as approaches to assessing their economic efficiency, are presented and analyzed. The article also presents the results of the analysis of the reporting data in relation to the research topic. Special attention is paid to the regulatory and legal regulation of the procedures for selecting a supplier. The measures discussed and already implemented, which serve as a guarantor of the economic efficiency of the contract system of the Russian Federation, are analyzed.
