A plan of full factor experiment and treatment of its results are presented. The equation of response function of dependences of undermilling and traumatized castor seeds on thrashing roll frequency rotation, a gap between roll and concave, location angle of roll and concave is done on the base of obtained data. The analysis of created models is done and optimal kinematics parameters of working parts of roll type shelling device at castor thrashing are determined. 160
