Economic efficiency of the internal economic relations of various organizational and legal forms in the agrarian sector

In the modern period, the branch of agriculture is represented by various organizational and legal forms, which under the influence of external and internal factors form internal economic relations that adequately reflect the goals and interests of agricultural enterprises, divisions, owners and employees. It is the on-farm organizational and economic mechanism that forms the factors that directly affect the performance of the enterprise. Based on the above, we analyzed the efficiency of agricultural enterprises in the context of various organizational and legal forms. The reason for this approach was the hypothesis that the use of a specific organizational and legal form entails distinctive characteristics of internal economic relations of the enterprise as a result, the conditions for the effectiveness of the organization are formed. In the article on the example of the organizations of agriculture of the Rostov region the analysis of structure of organizational and legal forms, efficiency of their activity, based on the main production and economic indicators is carried out. The question of profitability of the enterprises of various legal forms in dynamics of the last years is separately investigated. It was revealed that limited liability companies dominate in the structure of legal forms, as the most adequately reflecting the organizational and economic mechanism used in the agricultural enterprises in the modern period. By means of the multidimensional analysis it is established that by results of a cumulative assessment of activity of the enterprises of various organizational and legal forms in agriculture of the Rostov region the public joint-stock company is the most effective one. The received researches allow to claim that the applied intraeconomic relations in the conditions of public joint-stock companies give the greatest positive result. The given examples of the analysis of the efficiency of organizational and legal forms in agriculture as an assessment of the mechanism of managing, can be used by leaders of agribusiness, scientists and experts of the agricultural branch.
