The reduction of the park of technical equipment serving the technological processes of production and use of organic fertilizers, a significant amount of wear and tear of the equipment used has been revealed. A sharp decline in the use of organic fertilizers can be seen, which adversely affects soil fertility and, as a result, crop yields. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the prerequisites for the interaction of technological processes in the production of organic fertilizers and the processes of technical service and repair of equipment aimed at reducing the production cost of agricultural products. To reduce the cost of organic fertilizers production, an optimal territorial distribution of technological points of organic waste processing has been recommended. For this, at the levels of implementation of technological processes, the model systems have been developed according to the criterion of minimizing the costs of producing and transporting raw materials and ready products. The system of models for the placement of technical service and repair centers has been developed according to the criteria for minimizing the cost of transporting agricultural equipment, reducing the cost of restoration, repair work, services for servicing the park of vehicles and maximizing the volume of goods transported along a given path of movement. A scheme of interaction between technical service and repair centers and organic waste processing centers with the aim of increasing the economic efficiency of production and service activities of agricultural enterprises has been proposed. The costs for the production and transportation of organic fertilizers, capital investments in the organization of technical service and repair centers, as well as current costs to maintain their activities have been determined. The calculation of the economic efficiency of the interaction of technological processes for the production of organic fertilizers and repair and service activities, shown on the example of the Rostov region, demonstrates an increase in the gross harvest of grain crops, a boost in profits from their sale, as well as a significant amount of profit from the functioning of technical service and repair centers.
