Today, the analysis of the use of sanctions and economic pressure on Iran by the collective West is an important area of scientific research. The mechanisms of adaptation and integration into the global economy are becoming increasingly relevant and necessary. The purpose of the study is to analyze the stages and mechanisms of countering the sanctions pressure on Iran's economy from a number of collective West countries, as well as to assess the sustainability of Iran's economy in these conditions and to formulate integration approaches in cooperation with friendly countries and Russia. The research methodology is based on descriptive analysis with secondary data processing, comparative and statistical analysis. The results reflect the failure of the sanctions pressure exerted by a number of Western countries on the Iranian economy as a whole, in connection with the implementation of the latter's integration processes into the global economy. The conclusions show the true purpose of the sanctions imposed by the countries of the collective West (using Iran as an example) and the role of the integration processes carried out by the Iranian authorities with the SCO, BRICS, and Eurasian Economic Union countries (including Russia and China) on their economy in general by sectors.
