The study presents theoretical and practical aspects of energy efficiency measures for resource supply enterprises of the North-West region. The foreign experience of Germany in the part of energy saving potential assessment, as well as state regulation of energy saving programs and audits is given, the specifics of financial and economic performance evaluation of individual boiler plants of sue "TEK SPb" are considered.
