Economic assessment of the current condition and prospects for modernization of the housing and utilities sector

Housing and communal services in Russia is a multi-industry complex that creates the convenience and comfort of living or staying in them by providing them with a wide range of housing and communal services Strategy of priority development of housing and communal services ( requires approaches and directions based on the structural changes of ratios and proportions in the system of reproduction policies with the transition to intensive factors accelerated the creation of the economic mechanism of improving the allocation of scarce resources, use of innovative and energy saving technologies, modernization and renovation of housing and utilities infrastructure, and an influx of professional staff. The presented research is devoted to the current state of the housing stock in Russia. The dynamics of investment in fixed assets of organizations by type of activity «construction» is analyzed. The main financial indicators of organizations by type of economic activity «management of housing stock operation» are investigated. The dynamics of commissioning of buildings for various purposes on the territory of Russia is estimated.
