The article examines social and labor relations in an organization, which are a complex of socio-economic and psychophysiological processes that give rise to the emergence of objective and subjective, internal and external contradictions. Moreover, global automation and robotization of the labor process, active migration of cheap labor plays a problematic role. Economic science is meant to comprehend, to find ways to the rational use of natural and human resources with the greatest benefit for society, it not only describes economic phenomena, but also shows cause and effect patterns, solutions and allows you to make the right choice in many life situations.
