Economic specialization of the Soviet district of the Rostov region in the context of the development of the rural areas

The article deals with the characteristics of the agriculture in the Sovetsky district of the Rostov region. The high demand for grain at the world market makes us pay attention to agriculture problem. Based on the analysis of the specialization of the study’s region there is presented the row of the solutions of the current issues, there are depicted the measures of the prevention of the new complications to strengthen the economic and ecological safety.
