Economic indicators for social insurance of demographic risk (on the example of Siberia)

The paper is focused on the economic indicators that characterize the activities of social risks insurance associated with demographic processes. The analysis of financial support to the population in terms of risks associated with motherhood and temporary disability in caring for a child is given. Based on the spatial analysis of the financing of social assistance in the Siberian territories, the calculation of the average monthly allowance for caring for a child until he reaches the age of one and a half years was made. The paper also discusses a relatively new direction in the provision of state social assistance for the poor - the program of social contracts. The dynamics of such contracts sighed with the citizens of Siberia is given. Moreover, it shows the dynamics of the population covered by the middle class in the context of subjects. The average size of a lump sum payment for the IC at the regional level is analyzed. The specifics of the provision of social insurance assistance through this program have been determined.
