Economic prospects and risks of transition to modern technological solutions for gas filling stations (based on the example of gas filling stations)

The article discusses modern technological and construction solutions for gas filling stations using the example of gas filling stations. A general description of the gas filling station market is provided and the socio-economic and environmental benefits of using natural gas as a fuel for refueling vehicles are noted. Based on a study of the practices of leading oil and gas companies in Russia and manufacturers of equipment for the deployment of gas filling stations, modern technological solutions for gas filling stations are described. The prospects and economic effects from the use of these solutions are highlighted. The exposure of modern projects to improve gas filling stations to increased risks of rising costs, availability of equipment and personnel, and competition with other types of fuel is clarified. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are drawn about the importance of a systems approach in the design of high-tech gas filling stations.
