The aim of the research was to study the association of allelic polymorphism of the TNF-a gene by PCR-RFLP with economic revenues due to barrenness cows. The distribution of alleles and genotypes of the TNF-a gene in the 147 Holstein cows was G - 0.816 and A - 0.184; GG - 66.67 % (98 animals), GA - 29.93 % (44 animals), AA - 3.40 % (5 animals).
