S. S. Maslov and his economic views on the cooperative associations as an ideal form of agricultural organization

After beginning of the crisis in 2014 and imposing of commodity sanctions on western countries, Russia needs a rapid transition to agricultural import-substitutions with the minimal state support. To achieve this goal an analysis of agricultural experience under conditions ofprevious crises is needed, as well as investigation of suggestions made by formally unacknowledged Russian scientists engaged with this problem. S.S. Maslov belongs to the group of these scientists with the vast ofpractical experience who emphasized the introduction of agricultural cooperative associations on the voluntary basis.
