Economic context of the democratization phenomenon in Russia and the Republic of Korea in the conditions of the current transformational process

The article is concerned with democratization development in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea. The author considers influence of the economy on the democratization processes and studies concomitant transformational circumstances.
