The article reveals the content of the mechanism of organization and management of logistics flows. Suggests the main indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the development of inter-company economic relations and an analytical model that formalizes the input and output parameters of material flows in a logistic system. The results can be used in the planning of logistics processes in logistics systems.
