State regulation's economic mechanism for service sector development in the regions of the Russian Federation

The article covers economic mechanism of state regulation of the service sector, which integrates objectives, tasks, principles, subjects, objects, forms, methods, instruments. The synergetic effect results in achievement of the indicators of the service sector's effective development, which are defined by the management subjects. The author determines laws of the formation and development of the state regulation mechanism in the regional service sector.
