Based on the analysis and synthesis of existing terminology, the article discusses the theoretical foundations of formation and implementation of financial policies in the , field of corporate investment. Within the , framework of the study, the content of the constituent elements of.financial policy in the , field of investment is concretized and structured, a structurally oriented model of investment policy is proposed from the perspective of interdependent stages of its formation, implementation and performance modeling.
