Economic content and essence of the state-private partnership

One of the newest and urgent topics of the modern economic life of the country is the formation of public-private partnership in the Russian Federation. Attraction of extrabudgetary funds, use of knowledge, skills and abilities of a private entrepreneur within the framework of public-private partnership (PPP) allow solving the tasks of creation, reconstruction and exploitation of public property, as well as providing public services to the public.
