Sharing economy in the context of dizitalization

The article reveals the content of the term «sharing economy», describes the role of digitalizationof the economy as the most important institutional condition for sharing. The author gives examples that characterize the peculiarity of sharing economy both in Russia and abroad. The paper outlines the possible directions of the sharing economy influence on individual and social welfare indicators, the prospects for furtherresearch in the field ofanalysis, estimation and modeling of the sharing economy in the context of digitalizationand the expansion of network markets.
