The economics of technology in the system of state statistical accounting of the Russian Federation

The article considers the scientific task of identifying variable factor-conditions that have a significant impact on the emergence, development and practical use of advanced production technologies in the industrial economy. The results of our own research and an overview of modern scientific periodicals devoted to the «economics of technology» are presented, based on the analysis of a verified database of long-term statistical data and their visual illustrative presentation. The variable factor-conditions are positioned by the «targeted» parameters of the system of state economic management of scientific and technological development of Russia, on the absolute values of which the technological and product quality of domestic industrial production, striving today for technological sovereignty, depend. The necessity of changing the system of statistical accounting ofindicators in the field of technology economics is justified due to their limited informative value for practical usein monitoring the effectiveness of the general scientific and technological development of Russia.
