Defined, from the standpoint of customers, the five key competences of the group «knowledge and skills» for the perfect Bank employee in Poland, knowledge on the subject (which he leads), knowledge of the laws, knowledge in marketing, General erudition (extensive thinking), knowledge in Economics (listed in descending order). The resulting list of competencies of an ideal employee of the Bank helpful banking institutions in the implementation of HR policies for planning, selection and training of personnel working in contact with clients and to adjust system of motivation of employees.
