Economics of criminal proceedings in the structure of the economy of an organizations (institutions) operating in the mode of budgetary financing

The article deals with issues related to criminal procedure policy, economics and law, which are integral components of the state legal policy of the Russian Federation. The author argues that politics, both general and criminal procedural, has an indirect impact on the sectoral law, that is, through the economy of organizations and institutions operating in the mode of budgetary financing.
