Economy in the constitutional expression in CIS and Baltic countries

Questions of regulation of the economic relations in CIS and Baltic countries at the constitutional level are considered. Questions of fixing of bases of the economic sphere of society in preambles and in bases of the constitutional system, and also in the heads devoted to the rights and freedoms of the person and citizen in constitutions of CIS and Baltic countries are studied. The person the attention is paid to powers of public authorities on regulation by the economic sphere of society.
