Economic and mathematical model evaluating effectiveness of public procurement

Intensification of involvement of state and municipal institutions in the market economy has set them the task of effective implementation of public procurement. Formation of the level of economic efficiency of public procurement is a multifactorial process. However, the degree of influence each of the factors on the course of the process and, consequently, the result is different. The purpose of the study is related to the establishment of the key factors and assessing their impact on the effectiveness of the formation of procurement for state and municipal needs. The basis of the study on the method of correlation and regression analysis. Calculation of correlation coefficients reveals the closeness of the relationship and the direction of the studied parameters, regression analysis is to determine the analytical expression due to the magnitude of the resultant factor indicators. The author proposes to use this model to predict the results of administrative influence on the change in the relevant factor indicators.
