Economic and legal status of natural monopoly and its signs in the Eurasian Economic Union

The article attempts to analyze the economic and legal status of a natural monopoly, as well as its characteristics in the EAEC countries. In addition, it was concluded that in the legal space of the EAPS, the activities of natural monopolies are more focused on the direct consumer, with respect to which discounts can be provided, as well as providing quality service and control by specially authorized regulators.
