Economic and social approach to the problem of improving the efficiency of public administration

The article attempts to find ways to improve the efficiency of public administration. To do this, the public sector is compared with the private sector in order to identify the advantages of private structures and assess their adoption. The main benchmarks of the effectiveness of public administration are highlighted. The author comes to the conclusion about the need to improve the organization and consistency of the mechanism of functioning of state units. It is said about the benefits of correlating the achievement of set goals with the budget resources expended.
