Economical resection stomach with formation of gastroduodenal anastomosis in surgery of duodenal ulcer

Analyzed the immediate and late results of different methods of operations in the planned surgery of duodenal ulcers. Showing adverse outcomes of classical resection and vagotomy with different options draining stomach operations. Comparative analysis of immediate and late results of excision of the lesser omentum with antrumresection and formation of gastroduodenal anastomosis (in 2316 patients) using a silk single-row suture contributed to the reduction of postoperative mortality (1,0%), recurrence of ulcers (1,4%), anastomosites and gastroplegy (2,1%) and increase number of excellent and good results (more than 90% of cases).
