The article considers the process of psychological and pedagogical support of participants in inclusive educational environment in the framework of ecopsychological approach. The article is focused on the construction of a special interaction with the students in order to ensure their subjective position in the educational environment. There were proposed developing and formative strategies of support. The developing strategy support is focused on creating an enabling environment good for the reflexive position while facing the difficulties. The formative strategy includes development and implementation of special programs in order to create social skillfulness and constructive behavior knowledge in difficult situations.
