Ecosystem of digital production and labor relations: theoretical and methodological justification

The paper deals with the development of the ecosystem of industrial and labor relations in the conditions of digitalization of the economy and society. The purpose of the study is to scientifically justify the conceptual provisions of the ecosystem of digital industrial and labor relations in order to form its conceptual and categorical apparatus. The fundamental foundations of the theory of complex systems and fractal theory, ecosystem, holistic and cluster approaches, business modeling serve as a theoretical and methodological basis for the research. The paper reveals the concept of an ecosystem, its essence, composition and structure in the field of digital industrial and labor relations, and highlights its properties as a complex socio-economic system. A schematic model of the ecosystem of digital production and labor relations is presented, its distinctive characteristic - diffuse digitalization - is identified. A comparative analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the system of digital industrial and labor relations is carried out, and the need for further development of criteria and indicators for assessing digital labor is shown.
