Ecosystem transformation of interaction among participants of the state defense order as a way of managing the process of achieving national security

The article shows that the key problem of the current relations between the executors of the state defense order is the inefficient model of these relations. It is concluded that the most promising way to overcome problems and switch to an innovative development path is through an ecosystem approach. The article discusses the prospects and advantages of this model, as well as its impact on national security. The role of universities in this model is emphasized. It has been shown that the use of an ecosystem approach will allow for the attraction of small and medium-sized innovative enterprises, which will provide an evolutionary leap forward in the development of Russia's economy and strengthen its national security.
