Ecosystem approach to the development of creative industries in regional localization

The relevance of the study of methods for developing creative industries is due to the fact that the currently used support tools are not adapted to the provisions of the network approach, which in some cases leads to the lack of high efficiency of their application. Streamlining the existing tools for supporting creative industries based on the focus on the formation of nodes and intensification of links in the creative network, presented in this article, partially allows us to solve this problem. The purpose of the article is to present the results of the analysis of the application of methods for stimulating the development of creative entrepreneurship from the perspective of developing nodes and maintaining sustainable links in the creative network. In the course of the study, comprehensive ideas were obtained about the possibility of using modern tools for innovative development of entrepreneurship for the development of creative industries in regional localization. It is noted that the most well-known methods, the use of which allows form nodes and sustainable links in the creative network include creative clusters, acceleration programs within the framework of innovative and creative activities and industry digital platforms.
