Screen image as an integrating factor in the educational process of a higher school

The article discusses the conditions of development of a liberal education model based on the modern educational technologies. The author examines the role of the Krasnodar State University of Culture and Arts and justifies the need to establish a specific mechanism for implementing of the new national educational paradigm.
