Experimental model of head and neck tumor has been created for the study of biotherapy for head and neck tumors. The technique of the experiment was as follows: human tumor sample was implanted into artificially created defect of scull bones of transgenic animals (nude mice). Forty laboratory animals had been operated on. The implanted tumor tissue engrafted. On days 7 to 40, animals were excluded from the experiment. Morphological analysis of implanted tumor demonstrated preservation of its biological characteristics.
