Preparation ФК-1 at hypodermic application within 14 days at doses of 67,4 and 134,9 mg/kg has no negative influence on blood biochemical indicators of white rats. During a long time application (14 days) at dose of 337,2 mg/kg preparation FК-1 influences liver and kidneys functions, causing changes in corresponding biochemical indicators of serum. However these changes were reversible because 10 days after cancellation of a preparation there was no difference between experimental and control groups.
