Experimental study of emotional motivation

The article deals with the problem of motivation based on human emotions. The definition of the phenomenon "emotional motivation" and the ways of its diagnosis in human psyche were given. The origins of emotional motivation were derived from emotional connection of a person with various parties of his/her life. Being manifested in human relations emotional motivation has substantive content and influences on it. The object of study was the emotions of students, which came out from their attitude to educational and professional activities. The diagnosis of activities motivation based on human emotions was the subject of study. Emotions in there huge variety, that gives specifics for incentive actions to the phenomena with strong and stable relationship become the peculiarity of this motivation. In the conducted experiment incentive actions of emotions was considered. Emotions were divided into 4 groups, each of which carried out incentive actions to the objects. These actions serves as aids in behavior directed on an object with which the emotion is related empirically. The experimental investigation revealed that emotional motivation differs by lifetime in psyche, unconsciousness of influence on the object, and associativity of appearance. These variables could be studied more objectively with the help of color-association test, which proved and used by us in practice. The basis of this test was color association of respondent to an object. Study of testees’ color associations to objects, as well as to their various parties can reveal features of emotional motivation.
