Among the 13 new physiologically compatible antioxidants (FAA), a complex compound of copper was identified under the code pQ-1032, which, under the conditions of exposure to acute hemic and histotoxic hypoxia in terms of effective doses (10, 25, 50 and 100 mg / kg) and the degree of antihypoxic activity (increase life expectancy of mice by 26-36%) exceeds the other tested substances, as well as the well-known antihypoxants emoxipin, ethomerzol, mexidol, nooglutyl, sodium hydroxybutyrate. pQ-1032 is recommended for further deeper study and possible use in the clinic as an antihypoxic agent.
