Experimental study of dressability of various grain components through a universal flat sieve separator

Currently, for cleaning the source grain material, whole grain cleaning machines are used, which are equipped with pre-cleaning, primary and final cleaning machines, which have large dimensions and intensity. Moreover, each of these grain cleaning machines cleans one or two impurities from the grain material. Nowadays, there is a fractional grain cleaning technology, which makes it possible to obtain the main grain of basic conditions at the first stage of processing. Thus, in the ESSUTM, a universal flat- sieve separator was developed, which makes it possible at the first stage to isolate most of the main grain of basic standards due to the difference in dressability of the grain components in the sieve hole. In order to substantiate the basic parameters of a universal flat-sieve separator, it is necessary to experimentally determine the dressability through the various components in the sieve hole, depending on the diameter of the sieve holes and the load. Analysis of the experimental data showed that the dressability of short impurities is almost 2 ... 3 times the main grain, and the dressability of long impurities is 1.5 ... 2.5 less than the main grain.
