Experimental justification of hepatotropic action of extraction from the coriander sowing

Cholagogic and hepatoprotective action of extraction from coriander sowing grass in experiences on healthy white rats and rats with four-chloride hepatosis is studied. As object of comparison was used corn columns with rylets. Studying of bile secretion and functional condition of liver was carried out after single and course introduction of total extraction of studied objects in a dose of 150 mg/kg. It is established that water and spirit extraction from a coriander grass in comparison with similar extraction from corn columns with rylets showed big cholagogic and hepatoprotective activity.
