The treatment of chronical osteomyelitis is one of the principal problems of suppurative surgery. For experimental morphological estimation influence of allogenic demineralized bone implant seriesLyoplaston bone tissue regeneration the model of osteomyelitis was improuved. Research was performed in 56 purebred rabbits. Muscle on crus was lysed by 30 day. Allogenic demineralized bone implant increases bone regeneration with full recovery of the compact bone by 90 day.
