The research results of the biochemical status of the blood serum of white rats under the influence of a diet with included multicomponent sorbent against the background of simulated mixed mycotoxicosis are shown. The multicomponent sorbent contains shungite, zeolite, glucan and lignin. The modeled feed composition for the reproduction of mixed mycotoxicosis consists of T-2 toxin, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, fumonisin B1 and aflatoxin B1. For the study, seven groups of animals of six heads (n = 6) were formed, divided according to the principle of analogues. The first group of animals (biological control) received the basic diet (pure autoclaved compound feed), the second group (positive control) was given a toxic diet contaminated with mycotoxins, the third, fourth, fifth and sixth groups received a toxic diet with a multicomponent sorbent in the amount of 0.05, 0.1, 0.25 and 0.5% of the diet and the seventh group received the basic diet with a complex sorbent in the amount of 0.5% of the diet. The duration of the experiment was 30 days. According to the results of the conducted studies, it was revealed that the use of a multicomponent sorbent in the diets of white rats with mixed mycotoxicosis can significantly reduce the effect of toxins on the liver by adsorbing mycotoxins in their way of entry. The composition of this sorbent contributes to the normalization of biochemical parameters (aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, triglycerides, cholesterol, total bilirubin, albumins and globulins) of blood. At the same time, the best biochemical parameters that are close to biological control were noted in groups with the inclusion of 0.5% of the multicomponent sorbent in the diet against the background of mixed mycotoxicosis.
