The experimental substantiation of immersed interintestinal intussusceptive anastomosis on large intestine

The results obtained after the experimental use intestinal immersed intussusceptive anastomosis formation on large intestine are presented. The way of large intestinal anastomosis was improved and worked through the experiments on rabbits. The description of the given method is shown. The mechanical stability, physical sealing, the degree of anastomosis narrowing with the determination of stenosing index, the degree of adhesive process are studied. The failure of wound sutures, anastomoses, suppurative intraabdominal complications and stenoses of anastomosis were not noticed in the course of investigation. The indicis of mechanical stability, physical sealing of studied anastomosis grow rapidly and reach the index of intact bowel in 7-10 days. The present method of anastomosis formation may be used in surgical treatment of patients with the disease of large intestine.
