Examination marking claimed as the trademark

The author analyzes the cases of legal norms in the process of examination of applications for trademarks. In particular, it discusses the signs, claimed to be registered for pharmaceutical drugs, especially verification of such signs on the similarity and identity, checking for compliance with the Russian Federation Civil Code signs that represent or include verbal elements that made the letters a Than the Cyrillic, the alphabet, and imitating the words of foreign origin, using information obtained from the Internet during the examination.
