Expert assessment of perspective organisational forms of rendering medical aid in hospitals in technological improvement of interaction of ambulatory and hospital stages

The paper covers some complicated aspects of organizing medical service for the population of Russian Federation in reforming period: succession, stages, interaction of some technological elements of in-patient and out-patient treatment. The expert assessment of succession status in current stage of Russian health service and of directions of implementing medical organizational technologies in hospital linkr is given. The article also specifies tendencies for new functional structures for medical institutions.
