As part of the study, an expert assessment of safety standards in dental clinics in two cities of the Republic - Bishkek and Osh - was carried out. Compliance with 22 safety standards was analysed, grouped into the following areas: personnel safety, infection safety, patient safety, and safety of equipment and personal protective equipment. The average level of compliance with the standards was 79.43%. The leaders of the rating were JV No 2 in Osh (88%) and JV No 3 in Bishkek (87%), demonstrating a high level of work organization. At the same time, the lowest indicators were recorded in SP No 4 and SP No 5 in Bishkek (74% each), which indicates the presence of areas for improvement. The study highlights the importance of implementing and adhering to safety standards to improve the quality of services and protect the health of both patients and staff. The results can be used to develop measures aimed at improving accreditation processes and increasing the level of safety in dental healthcare organizations.
