The article highlights a number of factors that affect the increase in the shadow sector of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation and, based on the use of the method of expert assessments, identifies the factors that have the greatest impact on the resulting indicator of the increase in the shadow sector of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation.
